DRUŠTVO SA OGRANIČENOM ODGOVORNOŠĆU „BAUSIGNAL“ DOO PODGORICA, Podgorica, Montenegro. Email: [email protected]. See also the legal notice.
Visiting the website
The website runs on our own server and is delivered through Cloudflare, whose network processes your IP address and technical request data such as the requested page and browser type. Our web server also writes these details to technical logs. We use this data to deliver the website and keep it secure, which is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Language, cookies and analytics
When you open the home page, we use your browser language and the country that Cloudflare derives from your IP address to choose a language version. We do not store either of them. If you choose a language in the menu, a “lang” cookie remembers that choice for one year. We use no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and styles are loaded from our own server.
Contact form
When you send the form, we process your name, company, email address, role and message to answer your request. The request reaches us by email through Google (Gmail). The legal basis is the handling of your enquiry and any steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Name, email address and message are required.
Interactive demo
The demo at /demo/ loads a map library from unpkg.com and background maps from the German Federal Agency for Cartography and Geodesy (sgx.geodatenzentrum.de). Map fonts may be loaded from demotiles.maplibre.org. These services receive your IP address when your browser requests the files. The demo sends no form data.
Transfers outside the EEA
Our company is based in Montenegro, and Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, these transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses offered by the provider.
How long we keep data
We keep your request for as long as we need it to deal with you, unless the law requires longer retention. Technical logs are kept for a limited time and deleted after that.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Montenegro the Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka i slobodan pristup informacijama, and in the EU the authority where you live or work.
Applicable law
We apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it covers our activities, and Montenegrin data protection law. The new Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti (Sl. list CG 133/2026) applies from 19 March 2027.
